Help! Outlook 2003 - slow arriving email

Hi there - this has been happening with all versions of Outlook I have been
using, so it is not program specific - basically my email takes forever to
reach me from other people. Eg they can send one at 13:30 and some times it
can take up to 3/4hr to arrive! Even from across the office. I mean, how
daft is that?! Any suggestions?

Assuming you may be using XP make sure you do not have the firewall
activated. I have had problems sending emails, they sit in the outbox until
you do some other operation in outlook then 'ping' they send.

Could be the same issue, but for receiving instead.
