Help - opening programs with a maximized screec

Is there any way (probably in the Registry) that I can automatically
set all programs to open in a maximized window? Using xp pro.

Edit the program shortcut on the menu (right-click: Properties >
Shortcut > Run) for each program. I don't believe there is a single
setting that will work. Individual programs can still override any
external directive.

Putting in your email address only solicits spams.
 
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer
maximizeapps=1 as a dword

It will have wierd consequences.
