Help: Only one time zone shown

Hi,

Only one time zone is shown in my laptop. It won't let me
change time zone at all!!! What should I do?

The information may have one lost or it has been removed by the
manufacturer of the hardware. I would contact them at first since you
may get help with solving this here if they had removed the
information.
Else a reinstallation of Windows should bring this information back:
