Help on Windows Script

I have a stand alone computer in a work group,
I am looking for some windows script that will let me to
add a non-admin user to admin group from non-admin user
logon.

Any help will be greately appriciated

in order to do that you'll need to enter an administrator credentials in the
script or to ask for the admin password every time the script is run.
