help on upside-down oriietation of text

how to do this?

For example, there is a paragraph, I need to set the text upside down.

In format toolbar's text direction, there is no tab available for this.
 
I would suggest that you create a text box, type in your text and then Rotate
the text box 180 degrees so that it is upside down.
