Windows XP Pro is taking 2 to 3 minutes to Shut Down / Restar
It was not like this yesterday. It just happened today !

Have you noticed any new programs that are starting up when Windows starts?

no new program starts when Windows starts. Only the usual ones
this just started after I did the latest critical update
