Help - Office style form objects

Hello,

How/where can I find the really great looking text boxes,
buttons, menu's, edit fields, combo & list boxes, etc
that are used in Outlook 2003.

In Outlook 2003, (most noticible in the Contact Window),
when the Display Properties:Appearance:Windows and
Buttons is set to Windows XP style, the objects are very
different than when the Windows Classic style is used.
