HELP New monitor but now picture doesnt fit screen

I have got a new monitor when I plugged it in the picture on the screen
doesnt fit the whole screen like my other monitor did please can anyone help,

the screen was given to me so ive no manual, I haven't got a clue what im
doing
how and what do i do when i check the monitor settings?

They are controls on the actual monitor and not through the computer. Monitor
controls vary by manufacturer but check for positioning and OSD settings.
