help needed

my system just shuts down giving a error msg,isass.exe
prob .pls help me in solving the prob.

but my system boots no prob

my problem is that I do not know how to copy and paste. I
have filled out a application on line for a job, but I do
not know how to paste my cover letter and resume to it.

Assuming your resume and cover letter are on your hard drive, you open the
file, then go to Edit on the toolbar, select "Select All" and then select
Copy from the same menu. Then, open your job application, use the mouse and
the cursor to select a spot where you wish to add the contents you have
copied, then go to the Edit menu and select paste and it should appear where
you've designated in the application. NOTE: if things aren't too your
liking or you make a mistake, just return to the Edit menu and select Undo.
