Help needed with converting existing items in Outlook 2003 contacts to a
custom form

Help with custom contact forms in 2003 needed.

I have a customer who has been using Outlook 2000 with PST files.

We created a custom Outlook contact form in Outlook 2000 that they use for
their contacts

We are moving the customer to Outlook 2003. We sucessfully imported the .pst
but all of the contacts are in the 2003 contact format. We now need to
change the contacts from the form they are in now to custom contact form we
created.

1. We published our custom form and set the properties of contacts to use
the new form before the import.
2. We have imported the pst file into Outlook 2003 contacts and now need to
convert all of the contacts to the new form.
3. Previously we used the Omsgclas.exe utility to covert all of the items to
the new form - HOWEVER it is not working with Outlook 2003. When we try to
start the macro it is not recognizing that I have Outlook already running
so it will not start.
4. I researched and found that there is another Form converter in the
Outlook 2000 Forms Administrator utility called Change Forms.exe. I tried to
use that one but apparently it is only for Outlook 2000.

Question:

Is there a utility that works with Outlook 2003 that will change the Outlook
existing conntacts to a new contact form? Or another way to do so?

Thank you in advance - Amy Canterbury
