Help needed stop oening mydocuments(x 2) on logon all users

Hi
I have a problem when starting xp home edition that it opens normally with 2
mydocument folders on the desktop and closing them is easy enough by closing
them.
How do I stop them opening in the first place?

but it did not change the startup and both mydocument folders still open
