Help needed creating dynamic menus

Hey

I'm reposting this from a separate location on advice ;)

I'm looking to have a menu appear 'pop out' of the side of a slide on
mouseover, thus giving me more space for actual content in this menu-
driven presentation.

I understand how to do this through use of a hyperlinked, mouse-over
action taking you to another (identical but for the menu) slide, and
likewise how to return once that is done.

However, I'm finding that an extremely inelegant method of working
with the presentation, as it requires a duplicate of every slide to be
made and updated.

Ideally, I'd like to be able to have a slide 'switch masters' on
mouseover (and switch back once the mouse is moved away), thus
changing the design of the slide (including the master-driven
animations) but keeping the content intact.

Does anyone have the faintest idea if this is possible; or if not, if
there's a way to achieve what I'm trying to do easily and efficiently?

Thanks

Does it have to be a "mouseover"? You can do this fairly easily with a click

A mouseover would be preferable; as the content is designed to be used
intuitively by someone who won't have see its development.

I think you would need vba to do this without using duplicate slides.

I've emailed you a simple demo.
