HELP! Need to stop GPO from applying to my DC's!

Hi All

Does anyone know how to stop my domain level GPO from
applying to my domain controller boxes?? Nothing I've done
so far stops it, and it's driving everyone nuts and
locking us out.

Is there a trick to exclude the GPO from all domain
controllers?
