HELP!! Need 2 Email inboxes running Live ???

Hi, I am trying to add an additional email .pst to my account. I want to view
the returned mail from our MailManager account as well as my standard
ITSupport address. I would like to have both inboxes running live so I am in
touch of when new emails arrive, rather than having to switch profiles. They
are POP3 accounts, on a centralised network location on Outlook 2003.

Any advice appreciated.
