help, my microsoft paint program disapeared withought a trace

i dont know where it is. one minute it wa sthere, the next i tried to open a
picture in it and it was gone. and i looked for it and cant find it?
do you know where it is?
if it was deleated can you tell me if i can reinstall it? withouht having to
reinstall all of windows?
