Help My ISP is upset

Please I get the following errors when I try to access my mail. I know my
account settings are correct since they work OK with XP. Any advice please.

I am so sorry but I do not see very well. Can you please post those errors with larger or letters that I can read. Right now I am not able to read those errors as you state in your post :)

Thanks for clearing that up. That error means the ISP's mail server is
rejecting the mail because the bit bucket is full. You have to either slow
down the rate at which the email is sent or poke a hole in the side of the
bucket to let some bits out.
