help!!!!!!!!!!! my disk clean up wont work?

hi brought new pc without xp installled,
installed it now when i try a disk clean up it wont do nothing just comes up
disk clean up is calulating how much space will be free and then does nothing?
help anyone,
ps. plz tell me in step by step instructions as dont know a lot abt pcs.

down to Line #48. In the right-hand window, click on
"Disk Cleanup - Compress Old Files Freezes"

Simply click on Kelly's fix, download the registry fix, then run it.
(Note: Disable your antivirus program before running the repair script)
