HELP!! MSIESH.DLL

I have tried every page I can find about illegal
operations. I can not find this code anywhere... I really
don't feel I should pay for help on one error message when
so many are listed to help people without using someone's
valuable time. So this group is my last hope please help.

Everytime I try to open IE I get the illegal operation
Invalid Page Fault in Module MSIESH.DLL at 016f:018f4236

Then it closes. It's been going on for weeks. Any
suggestions?

I would guess that msiesh.dll is possibly a virus.
