HELP missing a DLL file

D

Dimitris

I get the message at every access file I open that my database refers to a
file "DAO350.DLL" which is missing or the version 5.0 is missing. (I
translated it, so it;s something like that). What can I do? I have win XP
pro and office 2003.
Thanks
Jimmy

You have a broken/missing reference to a specific code library. Open (in
turn) each database that gives the error; open any form/report in design
mode. Click to "View -Code", then "Tools -References". Remove the
checkmark from DAO3.5 (which should say "Missing"). You may need a
reference to DAO3.6 checked; close all windows and restart the database(s).
