Word is a separate software package. It is not a part of either OneNote,
Visio or Project.

As Doug says, Word is not part of OneNote, Visio, or Project. It can be
obtained freestanding or as part of Office, but the most economical way to
get it (even cheaper than freestanding, with a lot of other useful apps
