Describe what doesn't work about the drive... Just saying it doesn't work
is no help to us... Are you getting any error messages? Is the floppy
drive light always on? Can't read any disks formatted elsewhere? What?

First check to see if the door is stuck open. Then go to "Help and Support"
and type in the search box "Test Hardware". There should be a test for your
floppy drive. Run that and it should point you in the right direction.
