I suggest that you contact you ISP and ask them how to set up your mail
client properly. As you didn't mention which mail client your are using,
it's not possible for anybody to give you specific instructions.
If you do post to a discussion group again, please choose one for your
version of Windows and mail client. This group is for the Microsoft database
product, Access.
