hi
i have a lot of text and i have entered all those text in one cell an
formatted it as a wrap text. the text is about 15 to 20 lines ,but i
is showing a part of it in the cell but in formula bar it is showin
all the text. can you please let me know how to get rid off thi
problem

Mangesh,

With Excel, you can only view the first 1200+ (I think specificall
it's like 1254) characters within a cell. You will always be able t
view all characters within the formula bar. The best thing to do i
split the text over 2 cells so that both are visible on the screen an
the formula bar.

Add a few alt-enters to your text. You can see lots more than what excel
documents in help.

Would you be better off using the "Comment" feature for Excel? Just a
suggestion if you don't have to view all the text on the spreadsheet itself.
