Help me with my drives

For some odd reason my CD, DVD and Floppy drive all dont work .
Always an error message saying no disk
I have a Dell Demension 4600
One by one they slowly stoped working first it was the CD then it was the Floppy then it was the DVD.
Plz help me cant play games or back up check book to floppy

Try taking a look in your device manager

My Computer - Right Click - Manage

Device manager

Look for your CD, right click properties - update the drivers

If this does not work, in the same place go to - Event Viewer - System

Check to see if there are any errors in there relating to your CD and Floppy drive

If they are let me know what they say, you can right click on an event to view the details
