Help me to receive my hotmail in outlook

I tried to do that ... then I received this message although my internet
connection was working & already entered all my hotmail data correctly ...
please advice me about that ??

Task 'Hotmail: Folder:Inbox Synchronizing headers.' reported error
(0x800CCC32) : 'Access to the account was denied. Verify that your username
and password are correct.The server responded 'Authorization Required'. '

You can't anymore unless you have a paid subscription.
