Help me please!!!

I went on neopets(a virtual pet gaming site)to play a game
and when the game was loading,it suddenly stopped and said
DGS ERROR:Couldn't load the game??What does this mean and
how can i fix it.

Good call -- I was having some problems loading BPS after I cleaned up
some files. I cleared out my internet cache and now it's working fine again!
