Help me PLease!

there is something wrong with my cd / cd burner drive.
Evertyime i Insert a cd into either of the drives it does
not detect the cd. Also when i go to my computer it does
not detect any of the drives. What can i do to fix my
problem? please respond quickly

try checking settings, you know, your device manager, if
it says there's no problem, check your bios and detect
them, if that's not the problem you need to see if
they're hooked up right and if that's not the problem
then i don't know what to tell you.
