I need to scann radiography, and not only mini-radiografy like
photo-negatives, I need to scann also radiography about 250mmX250mm.

Please help me I need it as soon as possible.

That's almost 10 x 10 inches.
Either you'll have to find a scanner that has full platen transparency
adaptor (like 8.5 x 11 inches), although you'd still have to crop some.

Have you considered a light table and copying with 3-12 megapixel digital
camera, depending on your resolution needs?
