I'm a fresher and am on the learning curve.
I've implemented Group Policy to my domain. It was working fine. When I
added new users to domain, the logon script is not working for them.

Can anybody give me a solution....

How and where is the login script assigned?
Are the new users in the same OU as the old/working users?

The Logon script is assigned to the main OU. And the new users are also
a part of it.

The Logon script is assigned to the main OU. And the new users are also

Meaning, user X is in an OU, and user Y is in the exact same OU, and user X
gets the login script, and user Y does not? What happens if you copy user X
in ADUC and create a temporary user?

You might try posting in microsoft.public.windows.group_policy for more
help....and also note that it's best not to snip out all quoted text in your
