I Need Help!
my monitor will not adjust to the correct resolution. My 17 inch monitor can
take a size of 1028 x 1024 pixels, but the monitor thinks the resolution is
1024 x 768. this is way to small, so i need to fix it! can someone tell me
how to fix it?

Are you sure? Do you mean 1280 x 1024?

To support any particular resolution, both your monitor and your video card
have to support it at the color depth you want. If your monitor does,
perhaps your video card dpesn't? What video card are you using? How much RAM
does it have? What color depth are you running at?

Assuming that your video card can do this, you probably need to download and
install the correct driver for it.
