Help Me im in need of help

i did a fresh install of windows vista but for got to get my emails out of
outlook express my old copy of windows is saved to a folder called OLD
WINDOWS which is my old copy of win XP home

where are my emails and where are my contacts


help me please

Search for *.wab. That is the address book. Then use File | Import |
Address book and point to it.
