use Disk Cleanup (Start Menu/Programs/Accesories/System Tools) and check everything in... um.. uninstall some programs you no longer need... go thru and delete some useless pictures etc.. just do that..
everybody should have a spyware remover - download Ad-Aware and Spybot from www.download.com for FREE and run them.. then restart your computer.. works great.. trusted product.
