Help me!! About .CHM

Hi ALL!
please help me !! my computer is can not open the .CHM files!!
when I open a .CHM file the e:\help.chm,a dialog show that :Cannot open the
file:mkMSITStore:e:\help.chm
who can help me !!please tell me by Email.
