!!!Help major Red Aleart 2 game issues.

ok when i am in skrimish or campaign mode, without being near the enemy, all
my units automaticly die afer 40 seconds. also when i leave the game and put
in the cd to play again, it wants me to install it again. please help me as
soon as possible.

You should ask your question of the game's tech support. Other places to
get help would be on any user forums for the game or even in the MS
newsgroup for games. This isn't a Windows issue; it's a game issue.
Also make sure you've applied any patches for the game.
