Help! Lost Password

I am running Windows 2000 Professional and had to reload Windows because of
file corruption. The problem is I don't remember giving a password when
reinstalling and I have never had a login password in the past. I always
left it blank. How do I clear out the password when I can't access windows
in normal boot or Safe mode?
