HELP--Logging Off between Users Problem

No error message, just a blank screen when "logging off" from user B to A or
vice versa. Switching users works fine, but must manually turn off power and
restart computer each time this happens. This is a newly installed WinXP on
newly replaced hard drive.
 
Hi Trish,

Just a thought, but have you went to Control Panel>User Accounts, and try
changing the way users log on. Just a long shot...
