Help?? Linking tables

Hi Folks, I run a charity organisation. I have three
databases that have different jobs however some
information is common to all. How can I put that
information in one database that would be automatically
entered in the other databases. I use Access 2000.

Mike,

Make a new database to hold all the tables which are shared; then in the
ohter three, use the File > Get External Data > Link tables menu item to
link the tables in your back end (the new database with the common tables).
