Help - KMODE Exception Not Handled

My Win2K pc starts the boot process, accepts my Novell password, but
seconds after the desktop icons appear it does a physical memory dump

error msg reads KMODE EXCEPTION NOT HANDLED
ADDRESS B78D92FB BASE AT B78CD000 ialmdnt5.dll

then it will dump and reboot and the process starts all over again...

This looks to be a driver file for the built in video? I would try updating
this driver or reinstalling it. Did you add this recenty? This may not be
built in but an Intel Videi adapter? Anyways try starting in safe mode and
see if that gets you in.....
