Help! Keep getting 'cidaemon' error ?

I keep getting message entitled "cidaemon.exe - application error" which
reads :

the instruction at "0x77f58ddf" referenced memory at "0xffffffff". The
memory could not be "read". Click on OK to terminate the program.

Any ideas ?

This has nothing to do with not having enough RAM. This program is
connected with the Microsoft Indexing Service. Try turning off the
Indexing Service (Control Panel>Administrative Tools>Services) and see
if that helps.
