Help IPSec services causing broadband to disconnect!

Please help. My broadband connection keeps on disconnecting!

I have noted that from System in Event Viewer that the line disconnects at
the same time stamp as the following error appears in Security:

Event Type: Failure Audit
Event Source: Security
Event Category: Policy Change
Event ID: 615
Date: 07/11/2006
Time: 18:57:35
User: NT AUTHORITY\NETWORK SERVICE
Computer: LYNNFAMILY
Description:
IPSec Services: IPSec Services failed to get the complete list of network
interfaces on the machine. This can be a potential security hazard to the
machine since some of the network interfaces may not get the protection as
desired by the applied IPSec filters. Please run IPSec monitor snap-in to
further diagnose the problem.

Initially I thought it was something to do with Internet Explorer, but it
has just happened whilst connected to view emails only!

This is very frustrating as I cannot find anything to suggest why this keeps
happensing. Does anyone know why, and how can it be resolved?

Thanks

I've no idea if this might help YOU, but I found this answer resolving my
disconnecting problem, which has something in common with yours (actually,
you can find some of your own words in my question!)

(Search the newsgroups for 'Wireless lan keeps disconnecting', the answer by
Elmo.)

"In the Device Manager look at the NIC/Ethernet card/USB port and make
sure the power setting "Allow the computer to turn off this device to
save power" is not selected."
