Help in Word

Help! I have Office 2003 Professional Edition. Every time I open or close
Word or Internet Explorer, I get 2 file conversion messages: 1) Sfmaker.dot
and 2) Salmapp.dot. The whole thing seems to have started when I loaded Adobe
Acrobat to my computer. How do I get rid of those messages? They are driving
me crazy! Thank you.

Are you sure that's not palmapp.dot (the first one I don't recognize). If so
this is nothing to do with Acrobat. These are almost certainly Word addins -
