I have a .PST file which was created under outlook 2007. I'm trying to
imported on my outllok 2002 w/SP3 but outlook keeps on given me an error
message. It seems that my version of outlook cannot import the .PST file
created under outlook 2007. Is there a way to import this file into my
outlook 2002? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Importing is never the correct way to transfer Outlook data.
In your case the file cannot be accessed at all because it was created in a
format that is incompatible with versions prior to Outlook 2003.

You need to creata a '97-2002'-type PST file in Outlook 2007, then copy
all data to this file. As Russ wrote in the earlier reply, don't use
Import, just open the file with Outlook.

Guys, thanks for the answers but doesn't help a whole lot. I have no way to
recreate this file. So, the question still remains, how do you open/import
the contents of a PST outlook 2007 under outlook 2002?

And the answer remains the same. You can't. You'll need a version of Outlook
2003 or 2007 to make this conversion. You could use a trial version, but I'm
not sure it will provide you with full functionality.
