Help I'm being Hi Jacked

A couple times I go to the http://www.cdcovers.cc/ to pick up a CD
cover.

Seems like everytime I go there I get this home page taking over my IE
homepage.

Can anybody tell me how to stop this guy from changing my homepage.

I'm using Kelly's #63. Home Page Lock for Internet Explorer and my
homepage in Tools is greyed out.

Ad aware finds and removes it... but is there a better way to keep him
out.

I don't know if this will help for certain but try installing Spyware
Blaster http://www.javacoolsoftware.com/spywareblaster.html It works well
for me.

You will not find cd covers on the page anymore,only dvd covers etc.You
should use Mozilla and its built in pop up blocker.I hit this sight
every week to grab a cover and Mozilla works great.
