Help IE Caching!!!!!!!!

IE loading old web page with No Temp Files Or history

ive cleasred all the temp Internet files and history and
all and the browser still loads the old page ive tried the
alt + f5 and that isnt working either any ideas?
 
Metarefresh is ONLY relevant to pages that are redirected. Blank pages is
also irrelevant.
