Help! I can not open my Database.

Hello,

I hope someone can help me, I have a Database that was working yesterday and
know when I try to open it I receive the following message:

The Microsoft Jet database engine could not find the object 'MSysDb'. Make
sure the object exists and that you spell its name and the path name
correctly.

Any suggestions on how this happened or how I can restore the database?

Hi,
this sounds very much like corruption.
If you have a backup then use that...if not then try to import all db
objects into a blank new database...if that doesn't help try the jetcomp
utility you can find it here:
