HELP! I accidently deleted a user and files.

I accidentley deleted a user account and associated files.
Is there any way possible to get the files back ???
 
Unfortunately not. Do you have a backup of the user's documents?

No, unfortunately I do not. I could kick myself! Do you
know if the files are actually deleted my the OS? I tried
various undelete programs but I could not find any of the
documents.
