Hi Guys,

Does anyone know how to add a new paragraph in a cell?

Example: Book Sale

It needs to look like this:

Book
Sale

Also, how to reverse it also. Thanks!

I can't find it in Help. :

Use Alt-Enter where you want to split the text.

To reverse it, either delete the character from that position, or do
Format | Cells | Alignment and uncheck Wrap text.

Hope this helps.

jamorms,

Select the place where you want the text to break - in this case just to the
left of the "S" - and then press and hold Alt while you press Enter. To
remove it again sit in the place of the (invisible) line break character 10
and press delete. If the column is too narrow you will also have to select
Format > Cell > Alignment > Wrap Text
