Help! How Do I Verify The Time in Word 2003?

Greetings All!
I have just purchased a computer in Oct. of 2005 and when I went to use
MSWord for the first time it said the time/date I had set was incorrect. Now
I know it's right but it insists it's wrong and the "verify" button is not
functioning. How do I get around this and have all the funcionality of Word
at the same time? Any advice would be appreciated.
 
Where do you see this "verify" button?
