Help : How do I get rid of the 'InstallShield' from XP Pro?

O

O Noah

Is there any easy way to get rid of 'Program Updates' loaded in
the XP Pro Control Panel ? The 'Update Manager' automatically
wants to update some programs, but it does not give any name for
those programs.
Anyone know anything about this update manager, and how to
remove this unknown program from XP Pro? I wonder, is it a
'bug' or virus or something to worry about? Any help will be
highly appreciated.

P.S. Name of the program is 'InstallShield' and their web page is
http://consumer.installshield.com/ .. but there is no way to contact
them.

The website that you gave tells all about it! Including how to uninstall it!

Thank you so much Mike. I should have looked around a little bit more.
Thank you again.
