Help !! Homepage is About:blank

Somebody please help me my homepage is always set as
About:blank no matter how many times I change it, can
some one please help me.

Go to Control Panel, Internet Options, and the first thing
that should show up is the "general" tab, and the first
item is "Home Page". You can type in a web address there,
and then save it by clicking on "Apply" and then "OK" at
the bottom. (This is for Windows XP, but it should be
similar in other versions.)
